Set up at a desk in the Old Town, have lunch at a nearby café, then explore the city after your last meeting. Vilnius makes it easy to combine work and travel, whether you need a coworking space for a day or a longer stay. Choose from city-street, park or woodland views, with amenities such as call rooms, showers and terraces.

We selected 12 spaces for this guide, taking into account public visitor reviews, the working environment, amenities and rental terms. The list includes spaces offering day passes as well as those worth considering for a month. For each, you will find the address, workspace price and a description of what is included.

Hot desk means an unassigned desk in a shared area that you choose when you arrive. A dedicated desk is a permanent desk assigned to you. Prices are per person; rates for private offices are not listed. + VAT means VAT is added, while for rates marked with an asterisk (*), the public price list does not clearly state whether VAT is included. Information was checked on 4 October 2026; confirm the final price and availability when booking.

Located on Islandijos Street, AltSpace lets you spend the working day right in the centre of Vilnius. Gediminas Avenue, the cafés on Vilniaus Street and the Old Town are all nearby. Public customer reviews highlight the helpful administrators, flexibility and welcoming community; there is more here for day-to-day work than just a desk in a shared area.

Workstations have ergonomic furniture, internet speeds of up to 1 Gb/s and a backup connection. Separate call rooms are available for conversations, and meeting rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment. For breaks, there is a kitchen, dining and lounge areas, plus coffee, tea, books and a PlayStation. Bike and scooter storage and showers are useful for those who commute on two wheels.

The day plan lists a workspace, internet, call and meeting rooms, and 24/7 access. Monthly memberships also include printing and a mailing address. Members with a dedicated desk have a permanent desk and a lockable cabinet. Arrange your first visit and the room-booking procedure in advance.

Private call booths are available for video calls, and meeting rooms can be booked. Printing, scanning and mail-handling services are available; the amenities list also includes a shower and storage space.

This space is worth considering if a central location and the convenience of a managed office matter to you. Contact the Gedimino team about an individual desk: the location’s public page does not list a separate daily or monthly workspace rate. Work in a more intimate setting, then take a break in the courtyard, on the terrace or on the second-floor balcony.

The day membership includes a hot desk, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea and free parking. There is a shower and two kitchens: one beside the workstations, the other for quieter lunches and conversations. Paintings by artist Justinas Vaitiekūnas are displayed throughout, giving the interior the feel of a small art gallery.

Both monthly plans include seven meeting-room hours and 24/7 access. The dedicated-desk membership gives you a desk of your own; entry is via a smart lock and phone app. If you are staying in Vilnius for a week, a weekly membership is available for €83 + VAT. Work amenities include fast Wi-Fi, separate call rooms, kitchens, dining areas and a cloakroom. The dedicated-desk plan includes a permanent desk, lockable cabinet, printing, coffee and tea. Tea is included with the hot-desk membership, while coffee and printing are charged according to use. When comparing the two plans, it is therefore worth looking beyond the desk price.

The day pass is available on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm. Monthly members get 24/7 access and can use the address for correspondence. Meeting rooms and the event hall are booked separately. It is a practical choice if you need a daytime workspace with set hours or a permanent desk outside the city centre.

Tech Arts is located by the Neris, among the trees and away from the city’s busiest streets. Art residencies, a gallery and event spaces complement the work areas, and there are places to work outdoors. It is one of the most appealing options in this guide for those seeking more greenery: a coworking visitor’s review published in 2025 describes a calm environment suited to concentration.

The Flex Table hot-desk membership includes a desk, ten meeting-room hours per month, two hot drinks per day and 50 black-and-white A4 prints. The Fix Table dedicated-desk plan includes 15 meeting-room hours. Both memberships provide unlimited use of the call room.

For a short visit, you can buy a one-day pass or three-, five- and ten-day packages for €55*, €75* and €100*. Packages are valid for 30 days from purchase. Before arriving, reserve a desk in the Flanco Structure app and contact the space administrator to arrange an access card.

The complex in Antakalnis houses technology companies and offers coworking, meeting and event spaces. Park paths make it easy to spend a break outdoors, while the café and restaurant on site offer lunch close to your desk.

The monthly hot-desk membership includes ten meeting-room hours, two hot drinks per day and 50 black-and-white A4 prints. The dedicated-desk plan includes 15 meeting-room hours per month. Both plans provide unlimited use of call rooms, giving frequent video callers a separate space.

In addition to the day pass, three-, five- and ten-day packages are available for €63*, €90* and €130*. They are valid for 30 days from purchase. Reserve a desk in the Flanco Structure app and arrange an access card before your first visit; the space administrator issues it.

The space has Wi-Fi, printing facilities, a kitchen with appliances and utensils, lounge areas and meeting rooms. Utilities, cleaning and use of shared areas are included in the monthly fee. Tea and freshly roasted coffee are also listed among the amenities. There is bicycle storage, and the space is pet-friendly.

Surface and underground parking are available for cars. Since workspace prices are listed as “from”, confirm the rate for your chosen desk, contract length and parking terms before signing. A day pass is not listed in the public price list, so this space is best considered for a longer stay in Vilnius.

12. SIMBIOCITY

Address: J. Balčikonio g. 9, Vilnius, Delta A
Day pass: Free trial day by arrangement; regular day rate not listed
Monthly workspace: Price on request

SIMBIOCITY coworking spaces operate within a larger office complex in the Ozas district. A coworking space is identified in the Delta A building, while cafés, restaurants and shared areas across the office campus complement the working day. It is an option for those planning to work in Vilnius for longer and looking for a workspace with business-centre infrastructure.

Individually rented workstations may be hot desks or dedicated desks. The operator lists fast internet, ergonomic furniture, shared spaces and office maintenance. Quiet areas, call pods and meeting rooms are available for focused work and conversations. Delta A’s amenities include a reception desk, restaurant, café and rooftop terrace.

Workspace rentals are generally offered month to month; a shorter weekly membership can be discussed with the team. You can try the space free for one day by arranging a visit in advance. Monthly prices and included services are provided individually. When requesting a quote, specify your preferred building so it is clear which spaces and amenities you will be able to use.

Before booking

If you need a workspace for one day, check whether a day pass is available and its hours of use. 24/7 access often depends on membership, so it is worth coordinating your first visit with the administration. If you make frequent video calls, separate booths and their booking procedure are important.

When choosing a monthly plan, compare how many meeting-room hours, printing, coffee or parking are included in the price. Also check the minimum contract term. These differences can help you choose a workspace that fits your daily routine.
