Saint Germain has served French cuisine in Vilnius Old Town, on Literatų gatvė, since 2005, with a philosophy of French cooking without unnecessary fuss. The seasonal menu keeps a few permanent dishes: Gillardeau oysters, roasted duck liver and classic beef tartare. The wine list runs to about 200 labels, from everyday Bordeaux by the glass to rare vintage bottles.
