INCREDIBLE UŽUPIS... A tour of the bohemian and elite district... It is not just a neighborhood, but the independent Republic of Užupis. Complete with its own president, ministers, constitution, flag, national holidays, and all the other attributes of a real state. It even has an Independence Day, celebrated on April 1st... :) But that is today.
