A Sensory Performance in the Dark „Why Am I Here?“ Director: Šviesa ŠULC Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours You need to close your eyes to see… Audience members will "watch" and participate in the performance in complete darkness – not by seeing, but by relying on other senses: touch, hearing, smell, taste… intuition will also help. Participants will experience how to perceive the environment without 85% of all information about reality, that sight provides. The performance in the dark is an embodiment of a blind person and their daily life. It is an understanding of how those live whom fate has deprived of… Light. Or perhaps darkness? “Why Am I Here?” – is a meeting with oneself. Live music is played during the performance.
