BODY STORIES: SKIN. Movement Workshop and Dance Wave with DJ Daugvinas LiberisHow many stories live within our bodies? We can look for them in the skin – because it is through skin that we meet the world. Through it we feel touch, temperature, closeness, and distance. Where our boundaries begin, and where we sometimes want to expand them. In the first BODY STORIES evening we will explore SKIN – sensitivity, boundaries, touch, and connection with the world. The evening will consist of two parts. In the Movement Workshop with body and movement therapist Kristina Daugirdaitė, through attention to the body, movement, and experience, we will explore the skin as our first point of contact with the world. And then we will move into a dance wave with DJ Daugvinas Liberis – where what we experienced can shift into rhythm, energy, and free movement. You don't need to know how to dance. You don't need to prove anything. You can simply come and feel. Come to experience, to move, to feel, to be. Come to tell the story of your body. From the surface of the skin to the depths of the heart – a journey through the body into yourself.
