We are thrilled to announce that Boris, one of the most difficult-to-define heavy experimental institutions of our time, is returning to Vilnius! They will present a special program celebrating the 20th anniversary of their legendary album 'Pink,' joined by a special guest: Planning for Burial.

Formed in Tokyo, Boris has defied genre conventions for over three decades. Throughout their career, the band has explored drone, doom metal, noise, shoegaze, hardcore punk, psychedelic, and alternative rock, mastering each stop along the way. In their music, heaviness and melody, noise and beauty coexist, constantly shifting yet interacting and remaining uniquely, 'Boris-ishly' recognizable.

Released in 2005, 'Pink' is an album where heavy rock, psychedelia, and torrents of noise immerse the listener in a cohesive, pulsating ocean of energy. Two decades later, Boris returns to perform this record live, allowing audiences to re-experience one of the most striking creative episodes in their career and in contemporary metal overall.

The special guest for the evening is Planning For Burial. This is a one-man project by Thom Wasluck, where shoegaze hazes, slowcore melancholy, and drone monotony merge into a haunting, introspective soundscape. The dialogue between noise and silence here serves as a vessel for contemplating loneliness and nostalgia.
