"Choirs' Spring" Closing Concert II: BRANDEIS Chamber Choir (USA)
Another season of "Choirs' Spring" has flown by – full of inspiring voices, international encounters, and magical musical moments. This year, the festival will conclude with two special concerts featuring the BRANDEIS Chamber Choir from the USA. This is a choir of talented students from the prestigious Brandeis University near Boston, renowned for its high academic standards and strong artistic community. Their repertoire brings together Western and global vocal traditions – from subtle a cappella music to contemporary works, and their concert tours have already taken the choir to Italy, Austria, France, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. The concerts will be led by conductor Robert Duff, joined by pianist Grace Spicuzza, who creates a special musical connection between performers and audience. The second festival closing concert will take place: -May 26, 7 PM -Anatolijus Šenderovas Concert Hall of the Samuel Bak Museum (Naugarduko g. 10) -Free admission The first closing evening will take place already on May 25.
