DOOM GONG (USA) + Fellas Concert

On Tuesday, July 14, at 7 PM, Kirtimų kultūros centras will host a concert by the US band DOOM GONG, which blends psychedelic rock, jazz, bedroom pop, lo-fi, and contemporary classical music in their work. They will be supported by the rapidly rising Vilnius-based band Fellas – this year's winners of the 'Garažas' and 'LRT OPUS TALENTAS' competitions. ____________________________ Founded in 2022 by seven music school enthusiasts in Louisville, USA, DOOM GONG gained international recognition for their self-created genre 'Denim Psych' – a blend of psychedelic rock, jazz fusion, bedroom pop, lo-fi, and contemporary classical music, incorporating blood, sweat, and a lot of denim. Having released three LPs (DOOM GONG, Dream Behemoth, MEGAGONG), DOOM GONG quickly gained popularity in the US and abroad, performing mysterious and seamless live shows alongside artists such as Amyl and the Sniffers, The Black Angels, BADBADNOTGOOD, Allah Las, King Buffalo, Bass Drum of Death, Death Valley Girls, HOLY WAVE, Gustaf, Ron Gallo, and many others. https://doomgong.bandcamp.com/ Fellas introduce themselves as a band accidentally landed on the streets of Vilnius from another dimension, aiming to captivate listeners with their energy, sounds, and creative adventures.
