Tired of idly whiling away their days with no real benefit, one of the friends comes up with an idea to find work and earn money: the friends decide to become striptease dancers… Unsurprisingly, the beginning of their "new career" not only demands immense willpower but also jeopardizes their long-standing friendship. This play, based on the work "Ladies Night" by playwrights Stephen Sinclair and Anthony McCarten, was first performed in 1987 in New Zealand – it became the most profitable play in world theatre history. The play was translated into twelve languages, and in 1990 and 1994, it became the most popular tourism production in England. The English film "Striptizo ereliai" (English: The Full Monty), which began showing in 1997, also achieved enormous success, entering the list of the world's best-selling films in 2006.
