EMBODIED WOMAN: Somatic Workshop for Women

EMBODIED WOMAN — a 3-hour somatic workshop for women in Vilnius. This is a return from the mind to the body. A place where you let go of control and tension, and reconnect with your feminine power, lightness, and pleasure. How does life change when a woman frees her emotions, releases tension and control, trusts her body, and allows herself to fully open up – to pleasure, intimacy, creativity, and her own power? This workshop is for you if: you feel you've explored many "mental spirituality" theories, but your body still holds old tension; you're tired of the "put-together woman" and "good girl" syndrome, which makes you afraid to speak too loudly, take up too much space, and be completely yourself; you live from your head, productivity, and responsibilities — while your heart, hidden behind armor, longs for lightness and openness. The workshop is led by Aurika Valan Orosz – a mentor of somatic work, femininity, relationships, and body wisdom. Vilnius August 25 | 6:30 PM–9:30 PM
