Experiential Session “Vilnius Experiences Itself” | ŠVENTARAGIS

During the “Šventaragis” festival, we invite visitors to an extraordinary experience – a rendezvous with Vilnius. The experiential session “Vilnius Experiences Itself” is based on the methodology of sensory theatre – blindfolded (and therefore also suitable for the blind), through touch, smell, listening, and changing body positions, and this time also wearing a special “Vilnius” costume, the city's history is experienced in a way that differs from the usual. “This experiential session is like a sensory postcard-letter to Vilnius, inviting people to experience its history and the various features of our city in a very intimate, empathetic way, as if truly living through its whole life,” says Karolina Žernytė, founder of the Sensory Theatre. “A wonderful experience! Like a calm conversation with Vilnius. I'm always in a hurry, but here I had the chance to be with myself and with the story Vilnius shared,” says visitor Daina, delighted. And what will you say?
