Festive Choir Concert: ALL VOICES COMMUNITY CHOIR (Canada) & THE GARFUNKELS (Lithuania)

An Evening of Canadian and Vilnius Choirs: AVCC & The Garfunkels The All Voices Community Choir from Ottawa, Canada, is coming to Vilnius. This long-standing choir has been bringing together singers of all ages since 1977 and today unites a community of over 160 voices. During their Baltic tour, members of the adult choir will perform alongside representatives of Chorale ACCORD from Ontario. The choir is led by the inspiring conductor Linda Crawford, and the program will be enriched by Canadian pianist, organist, and composer Nicholas Busch. The concert evening will be made even more special by the international Vilnius choir The Garfunkels — a vocal ensemble of about 40 singers from 20 countries, founded by Belgian musician Matthieu Bruyndonckx. The program will feature Canadian choral music, contemporary compositions, and pieces that connect different cultures, voices, and stories. We invite you to a cozy, lively evening of choral music filled with a sense of community. The event is free of charge.
