Start of the Academic Year with GusGus: Electronic Legends Return to Vilnius One of Iceland's most prominent electronic music groups, GusGus, returns to Vilnius, where they will perform a concert at "Vasaros terasa" on September 2nd, symbolically marking the beginning of the new academic year. Active for over three decades, the team has long transcended the boundaries of the club scene. The name GusGus is associated with high-quality, hypnotic electronic music, blending Nordic melancholy, rave energy, and precise sound design. This is a group difficult to pigeonhole into a single genre – their music incorporates elements of techno, house, trip-hop, and alternative electronics. Returning to Lithuania each time as if to a company of old friends, we will see the unique GusGus trio on stage – its two founders, composer and producer Biggi Veira and charismatic vocalist Daníel Ágúst, along with singer Margrét Rán Magnúsdóttir, who joined the group five years ago and whom their witty colleagues call "the new member of the circus troupe."
