A quiet trumpet tone penetrates through heavy basement doors. This is a secret bar, immersed in ladies' cigarillo smoke, in intimate conversations. On stage, with slow plucks, the double bassist controls the pulse of the audience. And the rhythmic gestures of the guitarist and the intense echo of the cymbals invite you behind purple satin curtains. Sweaty couples revel on the dance floor deep in the bar. Suited men and ladies with red lips spin to the clarinetist's flourishes. These experiences don't require a time machine. No need to travel to 1920s New Orleans or 1940s New York. The traditional jazz and swing collective "Home Jazz Band" will take you on this journey. Since 2011, the group has been breaking standards, discovering hidden pieces in history's chests, and bringing them back to life. The listener not only plunges into a dance whirlwind but also leaves the concert with knowledge about New Orleans street marches, Vaudeville, ragtime, big band music, and European jazz. "Home Jazz Band" jazz is all kinds – authentic, and sometimes punk-rockish, soft as silk, and sometimes rough and dirty. Most importantly, it's real. First 30 tickets - cheaper.
