Duo Andersson -- violinist Julija Andersson and pianist Paulius Andersson (performing together since 2021) -- join the LNSO and conductor Modestas Pitrenas. They are first-prize winners at the International Chamber Music Competition Pinerolo (2025, Italy). Julija has performed at Carnegie Hall, Tonhalle Zurich and Gewandhaus Leipzig. Paulius, from a distinguished dynasty of pianists, is a laureate of over 20 international competitions. The Martinu Double Concerto (1953) is believed to be heard in Lithuania for the first time.

World premiere: "After Solarisation" by Dominykas Digimas, co-founder of the contemporary music ensemble Synaesthesis.

Bruckner's Symphony No. 3 in D minor, dedicated to Richard Wagner, is his most heavily revised symphony (at least six versions).
