An evening of acting practices for self-discovery! This time, through acting games and light improvisations, we will dive into:🙂 Creativity🙂 Playfulness🙂 Relaxation And we will also get acquainted with love scenarios! Each of us, finding ourselves in relationships, usually acts in roles: Boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, lovers, partners. But as we know - our relationships are influenced by our EMOTIONAL scenarios!!! • Emotional scenarios - what are they??!• In what emotional scenarios do women and men most often get stuck?• What are your emotional scenarios?• Where do they come from?• Can we consciously choose them?• Which scenarios work and which lead to a dead end?• What is THE LOVE scenario? She combines acting practices with knowledge of mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
