More Than Just Pink: Šaltibarščiai from Marbella to Vilnius

Šaltibarščiai can be much more than just a summer lunch. At this year's Vilnius Šaltibarščiai Festival, Beatričė's House invites you not to the pot, but to a story – about women who knew how to live with taste, style, and their own unique daily ritual. Outside, on the A. Vienuolio Street side, visitors will find an installation created by Jolita Vaitkutė, accompanied by the voice of Beatričė Grincevičiūtė, as if she herself were bustling in the kitchen today, preparing to welcome guests. Inside, we invite you to special tours, during which we will reveal the family history and the šaltibarščiai recipe of Beatričė's cousin, born in sun-drenched Marbella. Amidst the pink wave of the festival, we invite you to discover the comfort of home. We look forward to seeing you on May 29–31, during regular opening hours.
