Night with "The Artist from Broadway" | Culture Night

Visit the exhibition and get to know Vytautas Kernagis – an actor, a pioneer of sung poetry in Lithuania, a music author and performer, an event director, and a television host. He simply called himself an artist. The phenomenon of Kernagis stemmed from the multifaceted nature of his personality and talent – everyone finds something relatable in his work. Kernagis gave meaning and quality to creative fields that were devalued or trivialized during the Soviet era: he succeeded in changing the perception of sung poetry and pop music, creating an innovative, intellectual persona for an event director and host. On the occasion of Culture Night, we invite you to visit the exhibition for free.
