Performance for Infants | IN THE FOREST'S EMBRACE

„In the Forest's Embrace“ is a gentle, visually contrasting and sense-awakening hand-shadow performance for the very youngest. In a cosy and safe setting designed for infants, two actresses create living forest stories right before the audience's eyes – recognisable forest creatures and nature emerge from hand shadows. The contrasting shadows, which infants notice especially well, naturally draw their attention, encouraging them to follow the movements, explore the shapes and respond to the changing images. The performance's musical backdrop subtly intertwines with authentic nature sounds, carefully synchronised with the story created by the hand shadows, so the youngest audience members experience the forest with all their senses – as if they themselves were being held in this magical forest's embrace.
