QOROQ | Kolektiv Lapso Cirk

QOROQ draws the audience into a world where balance, trust, and risk are tested to their limits. Seated in an intimate 360° space, spectators become part of the performance, watching breathlessly as the artists confront every new challenge, danger, and uncertainty. The stage, covered with a granulated cork surface, transforms into a wild, unpredictable world where performers constantly balance on the edge of physical instability and their own physical and emotional endurance. The cork softens inevitable falls, yet simultaneously compels them to get back up and move forward, drawing the audience even deeper into a tense and tireless journey towards an almost unattainable goal. The performance is accompanied by live cello music, which creates both the soundtrack and controls the lighting. Every note and change in light intensifies the tension of the moment, further highlighting the feelings of risk, trust, and triumph.
