Rūta MUR presents the album "TURIZMAS" (TOURISM): an evening about love, choice and emotional tourism. On the album "TURIZMAS", Rūta MUR explores the theme of emotional tourism - a phenomenon in which, in today's world, people increasingly seek brief enjoyment, new impressions and ever-changing experiences, yet find it harder and harder to commit to staying. To stay with one person, one feeling, one goal or one dream. It is like a trip to somewhere warm and pleasant, but only for a while - with no plan to unpack your suitcases and remain. This theme unfolds on the album through the sensitivity, intimacy and openness characteristic of Rūta MUR's music. "TURIZMAS" speaks of the desire to be loved, the fear of commitment, of searching and constant movement, until at last one must answer the question for oneself - do we really want to keep traveling, or do we, after all, want to finally settle somewhere? This is Rūta MUR's first album created entirely in Lithuanian, which makes "TURIZMAS" an even closer and more personal conversation between the artist and the listener. The concert - more than just an album release. On the evening of November 7, the stage at "Tamsta" will become the place where the world of the "TURIZMAS" album comes alive in full sound. An even fuller group of instrumentalists will join Rūta on stage, and live musicianship will be one of the evening's main highlights. Rūta MUR invites you to immerse yourself in the music - in the voice, the sound of live instruments, the lyrics and an atmosphere where you can briefly step away from the outside world. "I want to bring the main focus back to music and musicianship, so that through the sound of the voice, the instruments and the songs, the listener fully immerses in themselves, in the eternal source," says Rūta MUR about the upcoming concert. So this evening will not be devoted solely to hearing the new album. It will be a live encounter with music, during which you can pause, take a breath, and for a few hours forget the constant rushing forward. During the concert, the newest pieces from the album "TURIZMAS" will be performed, as well as Rūta MUR's time-tested songs that listeners already love. The new concert programme will let you hear the artist's work from a new perspective - in the interplay of a live band sound, voice and instruments.
