Morning SUP Board Tour on the Neris River 07-15 | goSUP Vilnius

Start your morning differently – on a paddleboard! Forget traffic jams, packed public transport or the coffee queue. There is a far better way to begin the day – gliding along the Neris on a paddleboard, watching Vilnius wake up. Picture it: fresh morning air, a calm river surface, birdsong and the city silhouette bathed in the morning sun. This is not just a trip – it is a ritual that recharges you for the whole day, lets you be with yourself and feel the pulse of nature.
The tour starts at Žirmūnai Beach. As you progress, nature gives way to city views: the Church of St Peter and Paul, Gediminas Castle Tower, the Raduškevičiai Palace, the National Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Church of St Philip and James, modern skyscrapers and other landmarks. The tour ends at the White Bridge.
When? We set off at 6:30 am – when the city is still waking up. A brief briefing (~15 min), then ~1–1.5 hours on the water!
Route: Žirmūnai Beach (54.723521, 25.310847) → White Bridge.
What to wear: comfortable sportswear you don't mind getting wet. Bring a change of dry clothes in your car just in case.

Important: open to participants aged 13+ with an accompanying adult. During the morning tour the instructor does not paddle alongside, so if you are unsure about going solo – join a lesson first (www.gosup.lt). Alcohol prohibited. No-show without 24h notice = ticket used. Ticket exchange possible (€5 fee) up to 24h before departure. Refund only if the tour is cancelled.
