On the last Thursday of summer, we invite you to spend an evening at the cozy Oldskūl cafe, where vintage interior and panoramic windows will meet good coffee, interesting people, and the end-of-summer mood. Together with Closer Coffee (Latvia), we will delve into the world of coffee fermentation – we will learn what happens to coffee at the roasting stage, how fermentation changes its taste, and, of course, we will taste it all. Several different coffee flavors await, along with conversations with the inspiring founders of Closer Coffee and a cozy last summer evening.
