Solstice Concerts: North Florida Women's Chorale (USA) and Vilnius Women's Choir „Eglė“ June 24, 6:00 PM St. John's Church Free admission -- For the first time, around the longest day and shortest night of the year, Vilnius will be filled with free Solstice Concerts – a special series of choral music, inviting you to pause for at least an hour and immerse yourself in the magic of a summer evening. Choirs from the USA will perform in the city's sacred spaces, their voices making the long June twilight even brighter. On June 24, the North Florida Women's Chorale will perform at St. John's Church – an exceptional women's choir from Jacksonville, Florida. The ensemble unites women of various professions and backgrounds, all connected by their love for choral music and community. The choir's repertoire brings together classical works, contemporary music, folk traditions, spirituals, and world music gems. Led by conductor Kerry Fradley, the choir is renowned for its rich sound, sensitive interpretation, and captivating performances.
