Adults Only | The Wheel of Life (Evening O)

"The Wheel of Life (Evening O)" is the second poetic performance-happening by actors Balys Ivanauskas and Artūras Dubaka. In this event, poems are arranged into a composition that mirrors human life. Through poetry, we will journey from childhood to a somewhat childlike old age, and finally, death. This unique poetic phenomenon weaves together poems by V. Stankus, G. Grajauskas, R. Stankevičius, P. Širvys, S. Geda, D. Grajauskas, J. Mekas, and D. Kajokas, along with original music, personal stories, and unexpected improvisations.

About the creators:

• Balys Ivanauskas - an actor and director actively working in several Lithuanian theatres (Stalo Teatras, Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre, Kaunas City Chamber Theatre, etc.). Several of his performances have been nominated for the Golden Stage Crosses. He is also involved in pedagogical activities, teaching theatre lessons to children. Co-founder of Teatro P.
• Artūras Dubaka - an actor, composer, songwriter, and performer who has won numerous awards for his creative work. In addition to his theatre work, he is also a member of the "Gydytojai klounai" (Clown Doctors) organization. Co-founder of Teatro P.

The mission of "Teatro P" is to present poetry in such a way that even those who don't usually read it will come to love it. Therefore, we welcome not only poetry lovers but also those new to it!
