Surreal Užupis

SURREAL UŽUPIS... A tour of the district – bohemian and elite... It's not even a district, but an independent republic "Užupis". With its own president and ministers. And even a constitution, flag, national holidays, and other attributes of a real state. It also has an independence day, celebrated on April 1st... :) But that's all now.
