UNREAL UŽUPIS... A tour of the district - bohemian and upmarket at once... It is not even a district, but an independent republic, "Užupis". With its own president and ministers. And even a constitution, a flag, national holidays and all the other attributes of a real state. There is also an independence day, celebrated on 1 April... :) But all that is today.
