Theatre of the Imagination – Musical Visions | Music Meets Photography

This evening, the artistic portraits of Ludo Segers (Luxembourg/Canada) will ‘meet’ music from a variety of genres selected by the Music Magic Club. When we look at a portrait, we sometimes unconsciously invent a story about the person. But what happens when music accompanies the same gaze or a facial expression captured in a moment? Does what we see change? For each of Ludo’s photographs, the club’s founder, Artašė, has selected distinctive works from different genres and with different sounds. Who knows, perhaps the music will let us see the person in the portrait differently? Ludo Segers will introduce each photograph in English. The music will be played from recordings on high-quality equipment.
