VARANG NORD - Voices Of Freedom Tour 2026 – Vilnius

The band "Varang Nord" dedicates its Baltic tour to the independence and freedom of their country. November is the most significant and patriotic month for the people of Latvia, which is why the country's arguably most famous metal band, "Varang Nord," will embark on the "Voices Of Freedom / Laisvės balsai" Baltic concert tour. During this tour, they will celebrate Latvia's independence in five cities across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The tour serves as a musical tribute to freedom, shared Baltic cultural heritage, and the values that unite our nations.

The only concert in Lithuania, featuring yet-to-be-announced special guests, will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the "Narauti" club in Vilnius.

VARANG NORD - Ašna Ausma:

Throughout the tour, "Varang Nord" will perform in Riga, Liepaja, Vilnius, Tartu, and Tallinn, treating the audience to their signature folk/death metal sound – a blend of heavy music, accordion melodies, Latgalian language, and motifs inspired by historical cultural heritage. For the band, this is more than just a series of concerts; it's an opportunity to share Latvian and Latgalian culture through music, strengthen ties with their Baltic neighbors, and celebrate freedom together.

VARANG NORD – Latgola:

"Varang Nord" was founded in 2014 in Daugavpils, Latvia. Their most notable international achievement is winning the "Wacken Metal Battle International 2019" band competition, organized by the world's largest metal music festival, "Wacken Open Air." The band has performed not only at Wacken but also at other festivals like "Full Metal Holiday" and "Kilkim Žaibu," and has played concerts in over 15 European countries.

VARANG NORD - Cîòis Gors:

The band's latest studio album, "Mygla," released at the very end of 2025, won the Latvian metal music award for "Album of the Year." This year, the band was nominated for a GAMMA award in their home country in the "Metal Artist of the Year" category. Join us to celebrate freedom with the best!
