Weekend Tour "Kazys Varnelis – Master of Optical Art and Collector"

During the tour, we will immerse ourselves in a journey through the world created by Kazys Varnelis, master of optical art and collector! Almost 10,000 works are exhibited in one of Vilnius's oldest brick buildings: the world's largest collection of K. Varnelis's own paintings and sculptures, 15th–20th century European and Far Eastern art, historical furniture, and maps. The exhibition is full of visual surprises: optical games of imagination, theatrical mise-en-scènes, and unexpected spatial transformations.
