Augustas ir Barbora Love Story Café is a unique place in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, on Stiklių Street, inspired by the greatest love story in Lithuanian history: that of the Grand Duke of Lithuania, Sigismund Augustus , and his beloved Barbara Radziwiłł . Since 2019, owners Inga and Mindaugas Šatkauskai have been curating a space where history, love, and delicious flavours intertwine to create an unforgettable experience. Atmosphere and Interior The designer-created interior delights the eye and fosters a cosy, warm atmosphere – a perfect sanctuary from the city's hustle and bustle. Every detail has been meticulously considered. A special highlight of the café is its inner courtyard , draped in greenery, which in the summer becomes a cherished spot for romantic dinners, birthday celebrations, and wedding ceremonies. Menu The cuisine blends European, French, and Lithuanian flavours, with a wonderful selection of vegetarian dishes. Enjoy our popular brunch menu, innovative appetisers, refreshing cocktails, and exceptional desserts (including cakes and pastries sold by weight). Only the freshest ingredients and the highest standards of quality. For Celebrations and Events "Augustas ir Barbora" is the perfect venue for weddings, birthdays, and family celebrations . The space can accommodate up to 135 guests for a standing reception or 55 guests for a banquet. A separate area is available for wedding ceremonies, complete with a gazebo in the courtyard.
