Vilnius TV Tower
Vilnius TV Tower stands 326.5 meters tall - Lithuania's highest structure and the tallest in the Baltic states. The observation deck at 165 meters delivers a breathtaking 360 degree panorama of Vilnius; on clear days you can see as far as Trakai Castle. For the adventurous: the outdoor observation terrace lets you step outside at height, feel the open air above the city, and look straight down through glass panels embedded in the floor - one of the most thrilling experiences in Vilnius. The rotating restaurant Pauksciau takas completes one full revolution every 45 minutes, revealing the full Vilnius skyline as you dine. Perfect for a special dinner or a memorable lunch with a view. Overnight stays in the panoramic room are also available. The tower is also a profound historical landmark: on the night of January 13, 1991, Soviet troops stormed the tower and Lithuanians died defending it. A memorial and exhibition on the ground floor tells this important story.
