Uzupis Art Incubator
Užupis Art Incubator is the first and one of the largest art incubators in the Baltic states, located in the Užupis district of Vilnius. Its roots go back to 1991, when artists began informally gathering in an abandoned building, and in 2002 the community established the official incubator together with Vilnius Municipality. More than 50 artists and creative industry professionals now work and reside there, with a sculpture alley in the Galera courtyard and the Information Centre of the Republic of Užupis on site.
