Practical Tips
Can I pay by card on the bus?
Yes — a contactless bank card works on bus 88 directly (€1.50). Apple Pay and Google Pay also accepted. Buying in the app first is cheaper (€1.00–€1.25).
Will a large suitcase fit?
On bus 88 yes, but can be tight at peak times. The train has more luggage room. For 2+ large bags, Bolt is more comfortable.

The last train from the airport leaves at 19:20, so it is gone by evening. Bus 88 runs until around 23:00, then night buses 88N and 3G until 5:30. Most reliable option at night: Bolt (~€8–12).
How to get back to the airport from the city?
Everything runs in reverse. Train from Vilnius Railway Station. Bus 88 from Vaizganto St or Europa Square. Bolt from anywhere.
