JAZZ NIGHT | Eglė Petrošiūtė and Vytautas Straižys

The stage will host jazz vocalist Eglė Petrošiūtė and virtuoso pianist Vytautas Straižys. Currently living and creating in the Netherlands, Eglė Petrošiūtė is one of the most prominent figures of Lithuanian jazz on the international stage today. A graduate of the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, she performs worldwide, collaborates with renowned orchestras and musicians, and subtly blends traditional, contemporary, and Brazilian jazz in her music. Her warm, rich voice and exceptional musical sensitivity have earned her recognition among jazz listeners and critics worldwide. She will be accompanied on the piano by Vytautas Straižys – a virtuoso pianist and master of improvisation acclaimed on international stages. His musical language combines the depth of the classical piano school with the freedom of jazz improvisation, making every performance a lively and unique musical dialogue.
